PROCESSING

KUWAIT CHRONO Online orders are shipped on business days (Sunday - Thursday, excluding major holidays).

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Once you place an order, it may take 3-4 days to clear/post the payment in our bank account then we will fulfil your order.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

For orders below 3,000 KWD (10,000 USD) we accept all credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), debit cards.

For orders above 3,000 KWD (10,000 USD) we accept ONLY bank wire transfer.

However, we always prefer to receive payment through bank wire transfer.

ORDER STATUS

Once we fulfil your order, you will receive Shipping Confirmation email and from there you can find button for (Track Package).

If you didn’t receive shipping confirmation email within 2-4 days of placing your order, please reach us on info@KuwaitChrono.com or +965 96070740 (Call or WhatsApp) 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please reach us on info@KuwaitChrono.com or +965 96070740 within one hour of placement and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order is processing/fulfilled, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled, and you will have to start return process once you receive the shipment.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons.

Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) are not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • By customer request
  • Other reasons

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order is the ability to reserve a product prior to the date on which it becomes available for immediate purchase. When you purchase a Pre-Order item, we will provide an estimated ship date for that item on your order confirmation email; this date is also visible in the Order History section of your account. Pre-Order items may ship separately from other items in your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when the shipment occurs.
