KUWAIT CHRONO is committed to your complete satisfaction and enjoyment of your watch purchase. We offer a hassle-free, 3 Days return policy.

For any product with the non-removable KUWAIT CHRONO tag still attached, KUWAIT CHRONO will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

All payments will be refunded in KWD currency, less bank service fees, charges or rates fluctuations and less shipping fees (Receipt – Returned) 50 KWD.  (150 USD) each.

Refunds will be processed after inspection by our watch experts. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been personalized or engraved or if it’s not in the condition in which it was sold, including all boxes, books, papers, hang tags, stickers, etc

Steps for Returns:

First, contact your KUWAIT CHRONO Client Advisor within 3 days from the date of shipment received to request a return authorization number.

Once the return authorization has been issued, we will email you pre-paid, fully insured shipping labels.

To ensure that your watch is protected and fully insured during transit follow below instructions:-

  • Print out your shipping label.
  • Grab two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
  • Pack your watch along with all accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.), the original box and papers into the first box.
  • Pack the inner box into the larger outer box.
  • Tape the shipping label to the outer box.

Be sure to include all original contents in your return package, including the watch, boxes, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers etc...
